Coaching sessions can be conducted by phone, email or in person at my office. Sessions in my office are scheduled for 90 minutes. If you ask experts, they will tell you that many of the functions of the body and brain are set to operate in cycles of approximately 90 minutes. It is called an ultradian rhythm. According to Dr. Roseanne Armitage at the University of Michigan, our bodies are set for performance of most tasks in 90 minute cycles. Staying in tune with body cycles helps maximize the experience and aligns us with peak performance. I have discovered that this time frame is very effective and encourages a successful outcome. 90 minutes creates the opportunity for each client to move through the process at their own pace and allows time to reinforce the insights gained during the session.
